Our company provides Ugandan traders with easy access to their FBS accounts via several login methods. The authentication system balances strong security and user convenience. Once logged in, you arrive at your dashboard to monitor trades and manage your profile.

Use your registered email and password created during signup. We advise creating a password with uppercase, lowercase letters, digits, and symbols. All data transmitted during login is encrypted using SSL technology to secure your information.

Web Platform Login Instructions

Visit www.fbs.com and click the login button at the top right corner. Input your registered email carefully to avoid errors. Enter your password exactly, using the “Show Password” option if needed.

Press the “Login” button to connect to your account. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to receive a reset email within minutes. Check spam folders if you don’t see it immediately.

Mobile Application Access

Download the FBS mobile app from Google Play or Apple App Store; it requires Android 5.0 or iOS 11.0 minimum. Open the app and enter your email and password. After the first login, enable biometric security for faster access.

The app syncs with your web account instantly, so your positions and account data stay consistent. Switching devices or platforms will not interrupt your trading workflow.

MetaTrader Platform Authentication

MT4 and MT5 platforms require separate login credentials found in your Personal Area. Enter your account number and MetaTrader password, then select the correct server. Connection is confirmed by green bars in the app’s corner.

Download MT4 from your Personal Area or MetaQuotes website. Open the platform, select “File” > “Login to Trade Account.” Use your FBS account number (not email) and MetaTrader password to sign in.

Choose the correct FBS server, usually “FBS-Real” or “FBS-Demo” for Ugandan clients. Verify connection status with the indicator showing green bars. This ensures synchronization with FBS trading servers.

MT5 Platform Setup

MT5 supports more instruments and advanced tools. Download it using the same steps as MT4. Installation requires about 200MB of space. Login using your FBS account number and MetaTrader password.

MT5 allows multiple account management and features enhanced charting, technical indicators, and automated trading. Real-time market data updates ensure precise trade executions.

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

Login problems often stem from incorrect credentials or connectivity. Clear browser cache if web login fails repeatedly. Use private mode to bypass cache conflicts.

Error messages like “Invalid credentials” or “Server connection failed” require targeted fixes. Check email spelling, reset your password, or confirm internet stability. Contact support if your account is suspended.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) may cause login blocks if codes are incorrect. Ensure your authenticator app’s time is synchronized for accurate code generation.

Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity by default but can be extended to 2 hours. Active trading resets this timer automatically. Monitor login history for unusual activity in your account settings.

The FBS dashboard offers real-time account balance, open positions, and transaction history. Market data for over 100 currency pairs and CFDs updates in milliseconds. This allows accurate order placement and monitoring.

Deposit, withdrawal, and verification statuses are accessible through menu options. Each section includes clear instructions to complete your desired operations without delay.

Account Funding After Login

Go to the “Deposit” tab to fund your account. Payment options popular in Uganda include MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank cards, and cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposits and fees vary by method.

• Mobile Money requires at least UGX 11,000 with a 3.5% fee.
• Card deposits start at €6 and process instantly.
• Crypto deposits (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether) have no fees, with 15-20 minutes processing.
